What's up with DirecTV

Seems some people have been having problems with their DirecTV service. Some reports floating around say that the DirecTV Remote control is not working properly and their service is stuck on a single channel. When trying to reach customer service they found that finding that number is harder than finding a needle in a haystack. To help solve the inconvenience with finding help with customer service I have commented on the proper way to find your DirecTV customer service number.

It also helps when you are searching for a Customer service number that you spell the Service correctly as most people seemed to be searching for Direct TV …. You may want to take the time to look at your Sat box and maybe take a gander at the Dish you have tacked up somewhere to see what the name of the service is.

They have fixed this rather embarrassing and annoying glitch as of now. It is especially embarrassing since they just released their whole home dvr Playback service allowing you to play back from a single dvr in up to 15 rooms. In short Don’t panic just make sure you have spell checked yourself before panicking
